What We Do

Why Maasai?

The Maasai culture places great importance on preserving traditions while meeting the educational needs of their children. We believe that education is essential for fostering positive change, enabling the Maasai to navigate a rapidly evolving world.

A major challenge within Kenya's education system for the Maasai is the lack of adequate facilities and teaching materials that ensure a quality education. Without a strong educational foundation, including access to proper resources at the primary level, Maasai children are less likely to attain the quality education needed for broader economic opportunities.

However, when they start with sufficient resources, they are more likely to exceed current limitations and drive growth within their communities, paving the way for a sustainable and empowered future for the Maasai people.
